Amy Zhang has nearly 20 years of experience in private equity and industrial investments and is one of the earliest practitioners in China’s fund-of-funds (FOF) sector. She is a Partner at a top-tier investment platform, recognized as a Top 30 Outstanding Female Investor in China’s FOF industry, and her platform manages institutional FOF and direct funds with approximately USD 7 billion in assets.

Active across the U.S. and China capital markets, Amy has maintained long-term relationships with U.S. financial institutions and technology companies. She previously served as a board supervisor of a U.S. bank and brings deep experience in cross-border structuring, regulatory compliance, and institutional capital coordination, supporting U.S.-based SPVs and frontier technology investments.
